These terms govern your use of this website. They do not create a client relationship and they do not govern paid work — any engagement with Treeline Social is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. Where the two conflict, that agreement controls.

Use of This Site

You may view and share this site for lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or republish the photography, video, written content, branding or design found here without written permission. All of it remains the property of Treeline Social or the clients who commissioned it.

No Guarantee of Results

This is important, so it is stated plainly. The figures, case studies and client outcomes shown on this site describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. They are examples, not promises, projections or typical results.

Social media performance depends on factors outside our control — your market, your offer, your pricing, your operations, platform algorithms, competition and timing among them. Treeline Social does not guarantee any particular number of followers, views, impressions, leads, sales or revenue. Nothing on this site should be read as a warranty or guarantee of commercial outcomes.

Booking a Call

Scheduling is handled by Cal.com and is subject to their terms. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side and does not form a contract for services. Calls are conversations, not engagements.

This site links to external platforms including Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.
