This policy explains what Treeline Social collects when you use this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical.

Who We Are

What We Collect

When you book a call

Our scheduling page uses Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, email address and any notes you choose to add, and Cal.com records your timezone and the time you selected. That information is processed by Cal.com and added to our Google Calendar so we can hold the appointment. We use it to contact you about the call and to follow up afterwards.

When you contact us directly

If you call or message us on Instagram, we keep whatever you send us for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.

Automatically

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host, Netlify, records standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability purposes. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Third Parties

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. The services below handle data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com — scheduling and booking details.
• Google — Calendar for appointments, Google Meet for calls, Google Fonts for typefaces.
• Netlify — website hosting and server logs.

Links to Instagram and other external sites are plain links. Those platforms do not receive anything about you from us unless you click through, at which point their own policies apply.

How Long We Keep It

Booking and enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Where a client relationship results, records are kept for the term of that engagement and as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

Your Choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we will honour valid requests under those laws.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. The third-party services listed above maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
